Everyday Spirituality Studio

Each episode blends teachings from Torah, Midrash, Zohar, Tanya, and the words of our sages with exploring the healing practice of hitbodedut—personal, honest conversation with Hashem, rooted in “שִׁפְכוּ לְפָנָיו לְבַבְכֶם—pour out your heart before Him” (Tehillim 62:9). We’ll learn to hold both: a small, set window for secluded dialogue and micro-moments threaded through the day—while folding laundry, driving, or making dinner—so the inner conversation never has to stop (Likutei Moharan, Rebbe Nachman of Breslov). Expect real-life stories and down-to-earth tools: how to turn eating into birur hanitzotzot (refining sparks) (Zohar), how to fold a shirt as a “garment” of the soul’s mitzvah-energy (Tanya), and how to meet relationship or work stress with emuna and response rather than reactivity.

Our format is warm and practical: a focused teaching, a two-minute practice you can try the same day (a blessing, breath, or mini-hitbodedut script), and a closing reflection or journal prompt to carry into the week. We’ll celebrate small wins, answer questions, and build a community that sees and shares the Divine in the details. Holidays and peak moments will still glow—but week by week, you’ll learn to keep up that quiet conversation with Hashem everywhere, and let ordinary life shine.
